Seminar... ilmu... mari melabur :)

hmm macamana nk mula ye... actually aku dan kawan2 blogger aku (property investor) nak buat sesi perkongsian ilmu dan tips tentang bagaimana nk start buat pelaburan hartanah.

Alhamdulillah... sepanjang 7 tahun penglibatan aku dalam dunia hartanah, aku dah beli 7 biji rumah sejak 2004 dan 5 daripadanya disewakan dengan positif cashflow(CF). Positif CF maksudnye lepas tolak instalment dan maintenance masih ade lagi baki duit sewa yg masuk ke dalam akaun bank aku. Dan baki-baki ni setelah dikumpulkan adalah lebih daripada mencukupi untuk membayar instalment bulanan rumah yang aku tinggal sekarang. Maknanya instalment rumah aku di bayar oleh penyewa-penyewa aku la. Menarik tak?

Kalau korang duplicate lagi formula ni dengan menambah jumlah rumah yang positif CF makanye insyaAllah dlm masa 10 tahun atau lebih (ikut strategi masing-masing) korang dah boleh buat pilihan untuk nk datang pejabat atau duduk rumah jaga anak / buat apa yang kita suka tanpa perlu bimbang tentang wang dan masa... financial freedom beb! :) tapi duit tetap masyukkkk tiap-tiap bulan... ini bukan skim cepat kaya boleh jadi jutawan sekelip mata ye...
